If you are starting to read the Bible for the first time, start reading from the books of the New Testament (in which we live), although the books of the Old Testament were written earlier and the Bible begins with them.

Just as none of the modern teachers will teach geometry to schoolchildren first from Euclid's textbooks, and then from modern manuals, although Euclid wrote his geometry historically earlier. Similarly, we must first study the New Testament, which is a direct guide to salvation for you and me, and only then proceed to its precursor, the Old Testament.

If a person has forgotten about God, then God has not forgotten the person, has not turned away from him.
